On Dec 2, 2024, Liu Ying led a delegation to Pengyuan Group’s Anxi Industrial Park for an inspection tour, visiting R&D, production and exhibition areas, focusing on innovation, smart manufacturing, safety and policy support.
On the afternoon of December 2, 2024, a delegation led by Liu Ying, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee and Party Secretary of Yuhang District, visited the Anxi Industrial Park of Zhejiang Pengyuan New Material Co., Ltd. for an inspection and research tour. Mr. Zhang Daojing, Chairman and President of Pengyuan Group, warmly received the delegation and reported on the company’s development. Mr. Sun Shuo, Senior Vice President of Pengyuan Group, accompanied the reception.
Company Exhibition Hall Visit
Chairman Zhang Daojing introduced the development history of Pengyuan Group to Secretary Liu Ying. In 2024, Pengyuan Group marked its 20th anniversary. Secretary Liu affirmed the company’s long-term focus in the new materials sector, congratulated its phased achievements, and offered higher expectations for its future development.
R&D and Production Inspection
Secretary Liu also visited the company’s R&D center and production workshops, carefully learning about technology development, market expansion, and the implementation of production safety responsibilities. He encouraged the company to maintain strategic focus, continue to strengthen its core business, actively attract and cultivate high-level technical talent, and increase investment in innovation. He also emphasized advancing smart manufacturing, green manufacturing, and safe manufacturing to continuously improve product value and market competitiveness, contributing more to the high-quality development of Yuhang’s economy.
Leadership Guidance and Policy Support
During the factory tour, Secretary Liu also inquired about challenges faced by the company and the implementation of supportive policies at the municipal and district levels. Chairman Zhang Daojing provided a detailed briefing in response. Secretary Liu expressed the government’s strong support and care for high-quality industrial development, urging relevant departments and local authorities to strengthen policy and resource support such as land allocation, and to enhance enterprise efficiency through improved services. He encouraged Pengyuan Group to continue thriving in Yuhang’s dynamic innovation environment.
